I'm a senior engineer, and Tech By The Ocean is just me. I own the whole stack: SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose on the front, Postgres and Neon, Firebase auth, Deno edge functions, and Cloudflare on the back — with fastlane delivery straight to the stores. The person who designs your app is the person who writes the Swift, the Kotlin, and the SQL.
